How often do you spray for bugs/pests?
We have a pest-control company spray all townhomes for critters quarterly. FYI, they are also on-site weekly for any call-outs or requests for our residents’ peace of mind!
How long is a lease?
Our standard lease is 1-year, although we are happy to sign a month-to-month lease for those who need it for a $100/month fee.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love animals here at Heritage Square and welcome them. We have a limit of 2 pets per townhome. Dogs must be 6 months or older and under 50lbs. There is a nonrefundable fee of $300 per pet. There is a $10 monthly rent for your fur babies!
Our pool is open 24/7. It is cleaned and maintained regularly throughout the year, so if you are brave enough to face the cold pool waters of December, you are welcome to do so!
What are the pool hours?
We have a lovely courtyard running down the main length of the property, as well as a large field on-site as well. We provide pet waste stations throughout the property for your convenience and for the safety/health of other pets in our townhome community.
Where can I walk my dog?
We absolutely do! Trash is picked up from your front porch area every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday @ 6-8pm. We have large dumpsters provided on property that are available upon request for any large items or boxes you may have.
Do you provide trash services?
Yes! We have a large field and picnic area that is open to all our residents for anything you might like. Barbecues, picnics, birthday parties, you name it! In addition, we have a cozy covered patio behind the pool full of inviting bistro tables and a cabinet stocked with pool toys, floaties, and other assorted warm-weather amenities.
Do you have any common areas for residents?
Residents pay for electric, which is deregulated, as well as water, which is sub-metered. Lastly residents pay $15/month Trash Fee and $5/month pest control fee.
Are utilities included?
Our maintenance staff is on-call Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm for general maintenance requests. The staff is also on-call 24/7 for any maintenance emergency you may have. There is always a solution and we want to make sure your mind is at ease here at Heritage Square!
